The rooms are spotless and have pleasant views over the sea. Its location is great, not far from the shop, shopping complex and the clean beach.- Very kind and polite staff.- Top-notch service and the food is excellent.- The employees are accommodating and fairly friendly.

The hotel was RELAXING and clean with hard-working and extremely helpful staff in all areas. The location was exceptionally nice and lovely, for example, Pasir Panjang Beach was within a close distance from the property. You could walk to a shopping centre and local supermarkets.

During my recent stay at a resort in Bintan, I accidentally left my computer in the function room. Thankfully, the staff at the resort, particularly Miss Wati and Mr Suhairi, were incredibly helpful. Miss Wati immediately contacted the resort manager, Mr Suhairi, who called the resort to locate my laptop. Their prompt response and reassurances made me feel confident that my laptop would be found. The F&B manager, Zack, even sent a photo of my items and my client kindly returned it to me. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff at the resort. I highly recommend this resort for its helpful and lovely staff.
